2019/20 School Tuition

Grades 1–6: $21,337
Pre-K/Junior-K/Senior-K: $20,816
Pre-K 1:00pm Dismissal: $14,220 [limited space availability]
  • Tuition may be paid in a single payment, quarterly payments, or in ten (10) monthly payments
  • The quarterly and monthly tuition payment plans require the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan
  • Financial Aid is available for qualifying families and requires the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan

Optional Program Fees

Extended Day: $3.70 per half hour 
  • Before Care: 7:00–8:00am
  • After Care: 3:30–6:00pm
  • Childcare on "no-school" faculty work days: 7:00am–6:00pm
  • Charged for actual usage only; no minimum required
  • One-time $50 registration fee
After-School Classes: Variable fees, PLUS $3.70 per half hour
  • Fees vary by class and start at $14 per hour (4–8-week sessions)
  • Offerings include study hall, science, tennis, martial arts, dance, yoga, running, math, chess, and more
  • Three sessions offered per school year; class offerings vary each trimester
Band Program (Grades 3–6): $950 per year
  • Joint program between Forsyth School and The Wilson School
  • Annual program fee is broken into two payments of $475, payable at the beginning of each term (September/January)
  • 90 total minutes of instruction per week in two separate classes (Mondays & Wednesdays at Forsyth)
  • Includes all band activities, instruction, teaching materials, music method books, concert literature, and t-shirt
  • Does NOT include instrument rental or purchase costs
League Sports: $200 per season
  • Offerings include soccer, girls' volleyball, basketball, tee-ball, baseball, and softball through the Clayton Recreation League
  • Includes Extended Day fee from 3:30–6:00pm on practice days
  • Includes league fees and uniforms for season use
Winter & Spring Break Camps: $3.70 per half hour
  • Winter Break Camp: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Spring Break Camp: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Charged for actual usage only
Hot Lunch Program through Byrne Catering: $6.60 per lunch (with milk)
  • Includes entree, salad bar, milk, and second helpings
  • Some vegetarian options available
  • Order online; all orders for the upcoming week are due by midnight on Sunday night
  • Limited lunch options for "walk-ups" (children without a pre-ordered lunch) of sandwich with the salad bar for $6.60; hot lunch is NOT available for walk-ups
  • Option to purchase online by the day, week, month, and semester
  • Children may also bring lunch from home
Milk Only Program through Byrne Catering: $1.00 per day
