Eyas [ ahy-uh s ] noun:
a soft and downy unfledged, nestling falcon

Forsyth School's NEW Eyas Program for ages 2–3 is designed to spark curiosity and cultivate a love for learning and school. Eyas prepares children (age 2 by August 1*) for academic success and social-emotional growth in Forsyth's Early Childhood Program and beyond.

An expansion of Forsyth's established "challenge curriculum" for age 3 through Grade 6, Eyas is so much more than traditional daycare. Through “purposeful play,” children experience concepts of language and literacy, Art, Math, Music, Science, and Spanish under the guidance of dedicated teachers. Forsyth is excited to partner with families during this especially magical and influential time in a child's development.

Eyas is housed in a dedicated program space located in the heart of Forsyth's one-of-a-kind campus, with easy access to Forsyth's Big Backyard, Butterfly Garden, and Rand Center Gymnasium. Nicknamed the "Falcon's Nest" in honor of the Forsyth School mascot, the former stand-alone Science Center was fully renovated during the summer of 2020 in preparation for Eyas.
