Forsyth's admission application requires a meeting with DeAnn Pomatto, Director of Admission & Enrollment Management AND completion of the following for each applicant:
- Online Application for Admission
- Online Visiting & School Records Release (if applicable)
- $85 application fee
Contact the Admission Office before submitting a new application for admission. The admission process is designed to give families the opportunity to visit and build a relationship with Forsyth before they apply.
Candidates for Eyas must be age 2 by July 1, candidates for Pre-Kindergarten must be age 3 by August 1, and candidates for Junior-Kindergarten must be age 4 by August 1. Forsyth follows the State of Missouri’s age cut-off as a general guideline; however, applicant placement depends upon developmental readiness.

Forsyth's online application for admission opens annually on September 1; the deadline for applications for the 2025/26 school year is Friday, January 31, 2025. Forsyth reserves the right to close applications for the Eyas program before January 31 due to space constraints. Contact the Admission Office to inquire about additional space availability past the Janaury application deadline.
