APPLY ONLINE

Forsyth's admission application requires a meeting with DeAnn Pomatto, Director of Admission & Enrollment Management AND completion of the following for each applicant:

  • Online Application for Admission
  • Online Visiting & School Records Release (if applicable)
  • $85 application fee

Contact the Admission Office before submitting a new application for admission. The admission process is designed to give families the opportunity to visit and build a relationship with Forsyth before they apply.

Candidates for Eyas must be age 2 by July 1, candidates for Pre-Kindergarten must be age 3 by August 1, and candidates for Junior-Kindergarten must be age 4 by August 1. Forsyth follows the State of Missouri’s age cut-off as a general guideline; however, applicant placement depends upon developmental readiness.
