Visit Forsyth

Our admission process is designed to give families the opportunity to visit and build a relationship with Forsyth before submitting an application.

Contact the Admission Office to schedule an individual meeting and campus tour, required for all applicant families. The first meeting is typically adults only.

Apply for Admission

The deadline to apply for admission for the 2026/27 school year has passed; however, families interested in Senior-Kindergarten should Contact the Admission Office as soon as possible.

Forsyth’s admission application opens annually on September 1.

  • Complete the Admission Application online

  • Complete the Visiting & School Records Release online

  • Submit the $85 application fee

Forsyth’s financial aid application opens annually on November 1.

  • Complete the Financial Aid Application online

  • Submit the $60 application fee

Candidates for Eyas must be age 2 by July 1, candidates for Pre-Kindergarten must be age 3 by August 1, and candidates for Junior-Kindergarten must be age 4 by August 1. Forsyth reserves the right to close Eyas Program applications early due to limited space availability and/or application volume.

Applicant Visits & Assessments

Applicants for Eyas attend a small-group playdate on a Wednesday morning in February. Applicants for Pre-Kindergarten, Junior-Kindergarten, and Senior-Kindergarten attend a small-group playdate on a Saturday morning in February. Applicants for Grades 1–6 spend one full school day on campus.

  • September 1, 2026: Admission application opens

  • October 25, 2026: All-School Open House at Forsyth
    Optional, great for families with candidates for any and every grade

  • November 1, 2026: Financial aid application opens (optional)

  • November 14, 2026: Science Saturday at Forsyth
    Optional, best for families with candidates for Pre-K, Jr-K, and Sr-K

  • December 12, 2026: Science Saturday at Forsyth
    Optional, best for families with candidates for Pre-K, Jr-K, and Sr-K

  • January 23, 2027: Early Childhood Open House
    Optional for families with candidates for Eyas, Pre-K, Jr-K, and Sr-K

  • January 29, 2027: Application deadline for admission and financial aid

  • February 2027: Applicant visit and assessment days at Forsyth (required)

  • March 12, 2027: Notification date for admission and financial aid

  • April 2, 2027: Enrollment deadline for the 2027/28 school year
