The Psychology of Mindset & Resilience with Dr. Tim Bono

Thursday, September 25 | 6:30–8:00pm
The Rand Center, Forsyth School

Adversity and setbacks are part of any successful person’s path. But how can we muster the strength to persevere when times are most trying? This presentation will highlight the latest psychological research on the topic. We will discuss resilience as a life skill, misconceptions about self-esteem, and practical strategies both for persevering and for taking care of our mental health during the difficult times.

Forsyth parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and trustees are invited to The Psychology of Mindset & Resilience with Dr. Tim Bono on Thursday, September 25, 6:30–8:00pm in The Rand Center at Forsyth. Please RSVP by Monday, September 22. Attendees should park in the Main Lot and enter campus through Dunbar House. Adults only, please; childcare is available (see below).

Contact the Division Directors with any questions.
